High-Speed TrainING Project
Our High-Speed TrainING project aims to offer a new generation training design by supporting vocational training processes in the railway sector with digital tools. The project focuses especially on the Rail System Vehicle Maintenance Vocational field and an internationally recognised certification system has been developed in this field.
Within the scope of the project, a mobile application will be developed and a training module will be integrated into this application. After successfully completing the pilot training processes, the candidates will be certified and will participate in an internship programme abroad. At the end of the project, 5 successful candidates will be employed in the sector.
Project Activities:
7 face-to-face project meetings (TPM) and 6 online meetings will be organised.
Project results will be presented to the sector stakeholders at the final conference.
A pilot training will be organised.
A certification exam will be organised.
5 candidates will be selected to participate in the internship programme abroad.
5 candidates will be employed within the sector.
Project Results: This project is a continuation of the previous DigiRail VET and MAPDaR projects and an internationally recognised training and employment process will be designed. The competencies of the candidates will be increased and these competencies will be documented to make them more competitive in the international labour market. The project aims to create a model that will respond to the future needs of both individuals and the sector by providing digital training materials for the rail systems maintenance profession.
